The location was perfect for exploring the North Island for two weeks. It was easy to find from the airport and conveniently close to shops, which was very handy. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed available. From ironing facilities to tea and coffee facilities, the room had it all. We were also impressed with the staff, who were friendly and provided top-notch service. this place exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

While there were some minor improvements that could be made, we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The bed was comfortable enough to me. There´s a ship terminal a few steps away from the place. You can eat at Sri Mahkota, which is set 500 feet away from the property...

Noisy Neighbors, Old Furnishings, Poor Hygiene Unfortunately, some rooms have old furnishings and are not well-maintained. Noise from other guests and lack of soundproofing can affect the quality of sleep.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs, with key landmarks nearby. The fact that there was a fish and chip shop down the road was a bonus for me as I love seafood.
